Club Monster Transportation Limited is the service provider of towing service. Cardholder should contact service provider for booking by providing the cardholder's last name, phone number, car damage information, car brand, model, towing location and destination for the required towing service and present Dah Sing MyAuto Credit Card for registration.

If an Eligible Customer claims the Complimentary Towing Service more than once in a calendar year, the Bank will, in respect of each subsequent towing service, deduct HKD500 from the Eligible Card account without prior notice. The Complimentary Towing Service is only limited to designated car models. Cardholders should contact Club Monster Transportation Limited for details.

The Insurance Plan mentioned above is underwritten by Dah Sing Insurance Company (1976) Limited ("Dah Sing Insurance"), which is solely responsible for all coverage and compensation, but not the products of Dah Sing Bank, Limited (the "Bank"). An monthly handling fee at 0.18% is only applicable for cash in plan which loan amount up to HKD200,000 or below. The APR is 3.76% for a loan amount of HKD200,000 with a repayment of 6 months.
