Ford, Kwan & Co., Solicitors & Notaries, was established in 1945. We have been one of the earliest firms in the legal profession serving enterprises and clients from the Mainland China. We have 2 offices in Hong Kong, Head Office in Tsuen Wan and Island Branch Office in Central. On 27 November 2003, our PRC Representative Office was inaugurated in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, PRC. It has also been the first foreign legal representative office established in Zhejiang Province, PRC.
We have 3 partners, 7 Hong Kong solicitors and 2 PRC lawyer and around 50 supporting staff in total. We also have 3 China appointed Attesting Officers and 2 Notary Public.
We have a close business linkage with PRC law firms in different places of Mainland China. We have also entered into Memorandum of Business Co-operation with Shanghai Boss & Young Law Firm , Zhejiang Shining Law Office at Ningbo, Zhejiang L&H Law Firm, Zhejiang H&H Law Firm, Anhui Deep Blue Law Office at Anhui Province, Jiangsu Top Hope Law Firm at Nanjing, Hubei Luojia Law Office at Wuhan, Hunan Jiao Yang Lawyer Office and Hunan Keen Team Law Firm.
