We firmly believe in adopting a professional and personal methodology in our approach.

With close to 20 years of recruitment experience, we offer market mapping throughout our research process. We discuss with our clients with defined search strategies, including but not limited to industries, companies and level of responsibilities, taking into consideration of their preferences. We will proactively target both active and passive candidates in order to ensure our clients have the best available choice.

We carefully discuss with our candidates about the opportunity and ensure they are fully briefed. We objectively access the skills and experience of any particular candidate but as a trained psychometric assessor, we also enjoy analyzing people and paying specific attention to motivation, personality and culture fit. We will only shortlist qualified candidates for client interview when we do see a genuine match. We would provide update and feedback to both our Partners as soon as we can because we know this is important to you.

Once the search is closed, we will follow up periodically with both our client and candidate to ensure an immaculate execution.

And despite the importance of our work, we laugh, have fun, and create a partnership that people want to be a part of.
Ethics and guarantee
We act as a professional advisor to both our clients and candidates. We respect for confidentiality and stay firm to be objective and candid. With the consent of the candidate, we will only present relevant candidates to a client when we believe there is a genuine match. We do not see the value of sending unsolicited candidate profiles to the client.

We will also advice our candidate that as long as they remain employed by our client's company, we will not approach them for any future search assignment without the expressed consent of our client.

Our Guarantee to replace any candidate who leaves within the probation period is expressly written in our Terms & Condition.

You’re a boutique firm. Do you see this as an advantage or disadvantage?
We are small by design. Being boutique means we can be more attentive and responsive. This allows us to develop a deeper understanding with our Partners and hence develop strategies unique to their needs.
